Hi,
It's my first post. I have 54 l tank. There are 3 Otocinclus, 8 neons and 1 male Agassizi. :) There's a lot of wood and plants like anubia, java moss, cryptocoryne and echinodorus. I'm thinking about buying a pair of borelli. What do you think about it? I'm afraid of aggression :frown: Maybe if put in more leaves and wood or coconut shells this crew would be good?

Hi Mati,

I think that translates to about a 15 gallon, which would probably be a little bit small. It would mostly depend on the temperment of your male agassizi. The borellii are one of the most peaceful of all apistos, but there could be trouble from your agassizi if he takes interest in your female borellii. You could try it, but have a backup plan to move the agassizi if this gets out of hand.

Don't expect the borellii to raise any fry though. If you want to do that, you'll need to move the agassizi(probably) and most of the neons(at least 6 perhaps all).
