is it possible for panduro and njesseni to cross breed.I was going to keep a male panduro and a female njesseni together until i can get some partners for them in a couple of weeks and i dont want to risk the chance of cross breeding
Yes, it is possible. Römer has photos of such a cross in one of his scientific species description; I forget which. It is the ugliest looking, misshapen fish; worse than blood parrot cichlids! If your fish get along and eventually breed, just destroy any offspring.
