I have A. veijita fry and Pachypanchax playfairi fry together in a small incubator that is full of java moss. The apistos stay on the bottom and the killies up top for the most part. The killies will grow a lot faster.

I know the kill's are going to out grow the cockatoo. Thats what I'm a ffaried of. Is that when they start growing that they'll eat the cockatoo fry. I'm out of tank space til the frist and just need to house them in there til then.
I had to make space for some badis badis and curzi. So I was just whating some thoughts on houing them til the frist. Surly they want out grow them by then you thank????????????

I believe I remember hearing that killi fry can be cannibalistic at young ages. If they can eat each other, then I would expect they can eat cauc. fry.

I had some Nothobranchius geuntheri fry with some Apistogramma agassizii "wild yellow" fry. The Nothos were smaller than the aggies and outgrew them and ate all the babies. Now the nothos (1 month later) are full size and I dont know if I have any aggies... there are large leaves in there they could be hiding under... luckily not my only batch of these beautiful aggies!
