Attached are photos of the fish in question. The larger one keeps chasing the smaller one.

Yes they are A. panduro but both are in miserable shape and the one you say is getting chased looks like it's not going to survive the next week unless you separate them immediately.

Don't buy from there again. Bad quality. Both are underweight, both have stumps for ventral fins and it seems they actually got finrot, which you see rarely in cichlids unless the water quality is really bad.
And the one that looks worse pretty surely has a bacterial infection.

If you want to safe them: separate tanks, soft water, lots of hunic substances (tannins) and treat with an external desinfectant, not antibiotic. Something containing malachite green and that category of external antibacterials.
But frankly it will only safe the dominant one.

Chloramine-T is not suitable to treat infections in fish, as it tends to degrade into free chlorine (Cl2) and ammonia (NH3) quickly and thus can kill your tank off in no time. Especially if the pH in the tank is acidic. As the fish in this case already have a weakened mucus layer, even a bath for a few seconds can cause extensive damage.

jag har diskusar och corydoras , apistogramma och det funkar bra om du ligger på ett ph 6,5 och högre, bästa för gäl och bakterier

And that is a big problem for most on this forum, almost everybody here has their tanks on a pH below 6.
I cannot recommend it without reservations and listing precautions to be taken.

Is chloromine-T different from what our local water department uses to sterilize our water? They use chloromine rather than chlorine because is lasts longer in our water system.

Chloramine-T:
Chloramine:

Frankly, both should not be even near aquatic life, let alone aquariums. I'm quite surprised people are using it as a med for fish.
