Help ID this little guy?

I picked up this fella from a friend and haven't been able to figure out what he is. I am sure someone where will know.

Thanks for the help! I'm just getting back into keeping fish and have a great love of all the dwarf cichlids.

Looks like a male A. barlowi to me, but I am no expert.
