I am looking at getting 1 male and 3 females (Tripple Red variaty), and I was wondering what else would go good with these fish. I have a 29 gallon tank.

I was thinking maybe

Neon Tetras
Angels

What would be a good algie eater for this tank, and one that wouldn't eat the eggs of the apisto's?

Thanks for your help

Your 29 already is heavily stocked with cichlids with just the apistos. If you want to breed them, then stay away from most of the commonly available tetras, barbs, and rasboras. Most are exceptional fry predators when kept in schools. Angels will also cause problems. Most apistophiles recommend a group of 6 - 12 pencil fish and Otocinclus as algae eaters.
