are senegal bichirs and apistos compatable in the
same tank??.. the sengal would only be about 4-5 in ?

senegals and apistos???

No! The bichir is a West African predator that will happily eat anything that fits in its mouth. Apistos included. Even if the bichir is a little small to get the Apistos in its mouth right now it surely won’t take long for it to grow and then be able to consume the cichlids.
