Rams and Apisto

Some of my German Blue Rams ,Apisto viejita2 and Cacatuides triple red
Have white patch between there eyes and on the other side of there eye`s

Does any body know what cause`s this and how I can cure them?

My German rams are still breeding with this white patches
Also all the fishes with these white patches are eating and acting normaly as well

loss of colour ? from normal tissue? mycobacterium has been recorded to do this in goldfish

otherwise is there an increase in mucous in these area's looks often duler/grayer (check water and microscopy of mucous needed to id cause)

poor water quality, nutrition can cause poor colouration though not localsied to just head end

look like peeling skin? epidermal hyperplasia

or most commonly in cichlids hole in the head , shallow white ulcerations on head end intially
