Here is a video that may be a part of the next issue of Aquarium International Magazine:

It will make you think twice about using pencil fish as dithers!

If you are interested in seeing more of Aquarium International Magazine, you can check it out at www.aquariuminternational.com . The periodical is currently published on the iPad. We will have an iPhone app version with the next issue, and (hopefully) a read-only PDF version that can be downloaded on any computer... but without all the bells and whistles.

Nice Video Ted.. As a breeder of N.marginatus i did chuckle at this one.. It will teach the macmasteri to hide their spawn a bit better next time.

Ideal way of conditioning the pencilfish though! Thanks for sharing, i enjoyed that.

Re-designing and starting a new fish room all over again. This time we'll have many more Apistsogramma species. We are expanding.

Hi,

just in case you happen to live in Germany (or Netherlands): I have a wildcaught female A. psammophila, you could have it for free. I have no use for it anymore.
