Hi,
I am Raghu GG , Sr lead VLSI engineer working for Qualcomm Bangalore. I have been keeping planted tanks since 8 yrs. Have experience with various varities of Rainbows & varities of tetra's.
Have experience keeping Oscar's and many other agressive cichlids too. Have a 150G, 90G and a ~70G tank. Not to mention a few smaller tanks.
Off late my interest grew towards the west african's and hence started looking at them. Have been keeping the common Kribs of both albino and normal varity and have limited knowledge on them.
Recently my interest grew on the Pelvicachromis taeniatus species and out of too much of a difficulty have got a pair of Nigerian red thats ready to breed now... Can some one help me out on info for the care and breeding on them. They are there in my 15G tank with a lot of moss in it, and has only a sponge filter running in the tank.
My hunt on the other exotic Pelvicachromis has been in vain locally in bangalore. Can some one help me get hold of the other species.
Regards
Raghu
