I kept Tanganyikans for a decade. They don't mix with anything that is not from the same lake, anybody who says otherwise has been lucky or doesn't really care.. The pH should not get below 7.5-8.0, hardness: GH 15+, KH 10+.
A. agassizii like their pH below 7, GH and KH also very low.
And besides, Neolamprologus come from a completely different type of biotope and are colony breeders. They would take over the tank in no time. I have seen them chasing fish 3-4x their size away from their brood. I wouldn't keep them in a tank of less than 150-200l. And that tank would be just for that species and nothing else.
