Ok folks, next bag:

Ordered as Ap. sp. Xingu Vitoria (and received in a bag labelled as Vitoria)

All in, not the best of orders for receiving what was requested. The order also included Ap. paucisquamis 'unini' (and what was received looks more like a pulchra style fish) and Ap. bitaeniata (and received Ap. Tapajos in its place, which looks more like a gibbiceps)!!

It looks like you have the A. sp. Xingu (A37) form of the Xingu-Samaúma-sp. aff. Peixoto-Vielfleck species. "Vitoria" refers to the town of Vitória do Xingu, downstream from Altamira. It probably is the collection station from which the fish were shipped. The red-faced specimen is much more colorful than most specimens that I've seen pictures of.
