First spawning! :D

Finally, after 3 weeks of trying our beautiful Laetacara Dorsigera finally spawned for the first time a few days ago.

The fry now well in the wriggling stage and should be free swimming within the next few days! (I will try and get an image taken soon)

It is really good seeing the male take over from the female on guarding duty, haven't really seen this in Cichlids bar Apistogramma Agassizii.

We indeed have fry. They are far to young to be sold currently but will keep you updated

I'll have to keep an eye on this - although I probably don't have the room for Laetacara (but would love some!).
