Hello all,

Ariel Bornstein reports successful spawnings of both Alcolapia alcalicus and Tilapia cf. deckerti "Large Black." This is the first time that either of these species have been spawned here in the US. Ariel is pleased to offer the F1 fry to the forum membership.

These are among the meek and mild little lambs of the tilapiine cichlids. One can almost tuck them in at night. :wink:
