A. macmasteri bouncing off substrate

My macmasteri has been doing good since I bought it, its colors grew brighter, it ate healthy and it swam just fine. Now today when I woke up however I noticed that he was hiding in a cave (it usually didn't) and it looked as if it had problems swimming. Like it's tail was heavy, dragging it along the substrate, bouncing slightly off the substrate in order to get the tail above his head so that he could get some food of the substrate. I can't say for certain, but it looks like one of his ventral fins are damaged or skewed? That's all I can say. I have never diagnosed a fish before, so these are just my random thoughts. My A. cacatuoides female also lost some color during the night, so I'm thinking it may be related? Perhaps they fought? I changed 20% of the water this morning.

Any help is appreciated.

Cheers,
Mike

Could the anal fin be damaged causing him to act like this? He seems to be moving it a lot less than before and he's struggling to keep himself up and off the substrate.
