Would my fry be affected by velvet meds???

have to treat my tank for velvet, taking out the fry is not an option for me...would the med kill them??? thanks in advance...

Interpret antislime and velvet, sorry for late reply, i always get a message invalid...

How large are the fry ... and how did you get velvet disease in a breeding tank?? Velvet is not a common parasite of cichlids.

thanks for replying, i misdiagnosed , its columnaris from my discus..surprisingly my Mac pair and the 10 day old fry doesnt seem to be affected in a big way but i see the fry on oaccasion would flash a little..i am planning to give my discus a salt dip and get some meds for the tank but afraid it would do harm to the fry...kinda stumped...thanks again for replying...
