Water with extra Iron - Problematic for the Apistos?

Hello,

I'm keeping my fish inside a aquaponics system.
Nothing industrial, of course.
I produce mainly tomatos, scallions, tulips and chilis.
Sometimes i need to add iron.
Is there any chance the added iron being poisonous to the apistos?

Iron in low concentrations isn't poisonous to apistos as far as I know.

Thanks Mike.
I only put some to replenish the iron for the plants, never had any problem with the Kribs or the Guppys.
The apistos are new to me.
