Using Ozone (O3) for treatment

same problems with the ozone though isnt it mike, gas can only oxidize particles in a small volume so need to pass water through a small chamber with ozone being liberated in that area? no?

Yes that's true. Water treatment plants don't need to worry about overdosing O3 because they are trying to kill every living thing in the water.
