Thread Attachment Limits Increased

I haven't heard too much about people having issues uploading and attaching files to their posts but I just increased the limits because they were WAY too low. You can now upload photos up to 10mb and you can attach up to 20 images to a post/thread.
Test it out and post some GIANT full-tank photos here in this thread. Let me know if you see any bugs or get any errors, please!

How about the avatar image size?
It's only 10KB I can upload an avatar from my phone :/
