I have read about everything that I can about these guys and had about 4 spawns so far. All 4 (3 different females) times the females turn a lemon yellow (when brooding) just like apistos do. I have read many times that the female candidis do not do this. I am trying to find out if anyone else has seen the same thing. Can anyone confirm for me that this is not supposed to happen?

The original female was wild and the male was an F1. The wild female as well as all her offspring have done this. I have a couple of really bad picks if anyone whats to see them.

Thanks,
