Suspected internal parasites ? 2nd opinion ?

Hi guys over the last day and a half now I've noticed my dominant male apisto has been hiding a lot more lately not fairing at the females as much anymore I also noticed hasn't challenging he other males when they flare at the females like he normally does he's still active moving around the tank still eating

Could be bacterial infection, intestinal parasites, or both.

So should I treat for both ? Ive got interpet anti internal bacteria+,methylene blue and levamisol on hand at the moment ... Which would be a better option since I'm not sure which 1 to start issue to start with?

He also looks very old (note the nuchal hump) and overweight. Sorry to say, but my guess is that he is near the end of his life.

That's odd he shouldn't be at the end of his life span he's only about 7months to a year old could it not be the angle of the pic? I'll put some more up now now .....I started treating with the interpet internal bacteria and he seems to be a bit more perky today i started treating it yesterday and his poop is solid white not not translucent anymore is that a good sign?
