Hi All (Whoever you are...
)
I've finally managed to get some Bolivian ram fry to a sellable size - man they took time - 6 months! Anyway, I have 2 local stores interested. This is my concern/problem. I've been keeping the juvies at under 20 nitrates, but both the stores are telling me that their nitrates are 30-60. Should I forego some water changes to prepare the fish for a more difficult environment?
Within a couple of weeks of this sale, some Blue rams will be ready so I face the same situation with these little guys - only they are more touchy.
So, what should I do? I have well over 200 Bolivians from one spawn, and I don't want to hang on to this many fish very much longer...
Thanks for any advice you may have!
Cathy
