There is no problem keeping the species together. I once had some extra male Pv. pulcher in a tank with some Pv. taeniata Molewe females. The females would display to the males, but the males were never interested in breeding.

I have never seen a teaniatus/pulcher hybrid. I have seen a pulcher/sacrimontis hybrid, and heard of a subocellatus/roloffi hybrid.

I have kept pulcher and taeniatus together for years - they just don't seem to be interested in each other. (That said, if they did breed I would destroy the eggs and separate the pair)

Re-designing and starting a new fish room all over again. This time we'll have many more Apistsogramma species. We are expanding.

Hi,

just in case you happen to live in Germany (or Netherlands): I have a wildcaught female A. psammophila, you could have it for free. I have no use for it anymore.
