I know there's been discussion in the past about adding different leaf types to the water, has there been any on Palm Fronds/leaves?
mainly asking as I was going through one of my dwarf books today (american cichlids 1, linke/staek) and came across an image of "a palmtree oasis" habitat of a. viejita, the pic showed lots of fronds in and around the water. It got me thinking would fronds be anygood as a tank additive? (like indian almond leaves and betta's) Lots availible in sunny queensland
, though yes I am aware it would be different species of palm and may not have the same effects (if any).
