I use a just lighter than royal blue latex paint. Once it is dry water will not affect it, and it I ever want it gone a heat scraper will take it right off. I use a sponge roller to apply it. Looks horrible from the back or if light is shining through it. Look great with the tank is running with light shining into the tank.
