# of tanks an 2nd floor?

I currently have 8 breeding tanks setup(mostly 10 gallon)that are spread out throughout my apartment. I would like to move all of them to the same room and add several more. They will be on racks made of 2x12's and cinder blocks two tanks high that are sitting on plywood to distribute out the weight. How many tanks could I setup on the 2nd floor of my apartment without any problems?
