Hi,

I've got a new culture of grindle worms about ready to harvest. I've read many times that white worms have a high fat content and are unhealthy if fed to fish more than 3 times a week. Grindle worms seem very simular to white worms but I've never read anything about grindle worms being too fatty.

Do grindle worms also have a high fat content?
I feed my grindle worms a vitamin enriched flake fish food.

Thanks,
Michael

I used to raise both white and grindal worms, and preferred grindals for two reasons... they were smaller and did not require a refridgerator. As far as nutrition is concerened, I do nto think that they are fatty as white worms. I never used either as a primary food source, so I cannot say whther my fish were harmed by either for eating too much.
