..... those females with the fin extensions are amazing!

Yes, no wonder I believed they were males, when I first got them. This was one of them:

Hello. I salute all my masters. 3 days ago I bought a pair of German made Apistogramma D10 cichlid fish. I wanted to share with you the first days of their life, which lasted in a 48 liter tank with plenty of plants, at a value of conductivity 51 ppm, ph 6.4 and heat 26 celcius. I don't know exactly how popular this genre is. I read the article under this title. I was wondering if there was any new information about this species in the past 7 years. Have a nice day...

Thank you for allowing me to share my Apistogramma Sp. D 10 female in this way. Have a nice day...
Since the fish in this picture shows a pronounced pattern in the caudal fin (and also in the anterior soft part of the dorsal) I'm sure that it's a male.

Hello again. Thank you, Mr. Master. They travel with what I consider to be a man. Let me share your photos. Have a nice day.

The two fish in your latest pictures are for sure both males.
Thank you, Master. I evaluated the relationship between these two fish as a couple relationship. I would be happy if other Masters also expressed their opinions on this subject. Have a nice day...

One of my females A sp. "D10":

No pattern in the posterior part of the dorsal fin, no pattern in the caudal fin.
Sorry, but as Frank told you: you have only showed us photos of males.

Hello again. The fact that Apistogramma Sp. D 10 is a new species and that we have insufficient and incomplete information about this species misled me. I would like to thank all the masters who informed us about this issue. For this reason, messages in which I refer to fish as pairs may be deleted by forum officials. The friend I bought the fish from will try to find me a female. If I can get a female, I hope to post pictures again. Have a nice day...
