My female Baenschi has something wrong with her

Last night my girl Baenschi started swimming poorly with her tail up but would get right for a while. I did 30% water change and she seemed to be ok. Checked on her a few times overnight seemed good. This morning she was fine but came back a few hours later and she was floating/swimming around like this eating off leaves and such. I put her in quarantine tank with fresh water, heater, airstone, and some stress coat. Dropped in one xtreme peewee cichlid pellet and she swam to it and has been eating it all the while tail in the air. Not sure what to do because I have heard Apistogramma are sensitive to medicine and salt baths. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Attached pics. She laid eggs a couple weeks ago that didn’t make it and she’s been colored up since. Her stripes are super light in the quarantine tank I think because it’s clear and white towel under.

The only thing that comes to my mind is a ruptured swimbladder. If that's indeed the case there's nothing to do about this.

I'm clueless. If I say something you can safely ignore it.
