Any good movies or tv shows about amazon fish/apistos? I know of the amazon abyss one that is never on anymore, but didn't know if there was anything else out there that I might have missed or not known of.

I don't know, but why look at movies when you can actually be there? A couple of days ago I was up to my waste in an aguajol (palm swamp) and collecting apistos from their native quebradas (jungole streams). Yes, you get wet and muddy, but man is it a trip! Two more weeks in Peru and more places to go!

Next trip the unexplored (for apistos) Rio Pastaza, using 'Dive Bomber Airlines" (a thrill in itself!).
