Mixing S. casuarius and S. tinanti

As the title says,
A few weeks ago I bought a nice male S. tinanti (4" long) and four juvenile S. casuarius.
Currently they are in seperate tanks. The issue I'm having is the tinanti hides in his cave and does not come out. At first I figured after a few weeks he would settle in and come out more often. That is not the case. I understand the fact this species spends most of its time in its territory, but it would be nice to see him once in awile.

So if I add two of the casuarius with the tinanti will it work in bringing him out more often?

It might. The two species will compete for the same space, and therefore spar for territory. There should not not be much concern for hybridization.
