Not sure of your floor space but I think you might be pushing it for a trio unless the tank is heavily aquascaped. I keep a trio in a tank that is 100cm x 50ish and the current dominant female can be hell on the non-dominant female. The territory may be a bit over a foot square but she will leave this to chase down the other female if she can see her.
You might want to start with a trio or more of juveniles and be prepared to shift/move some as soon as they pair up.
