Could someone please ID this apisto please top one 3cm bottom one about 4.5cm sold as viajita thanks could I alse get the sex of them

Looks a bit like A. macmasteri to me? Not sure though. Bottom picture shows a male, not sure about the top one. You may have wait for that one to grow a bit more
