ok.. this was sold as blueheaded apisto(steel blue) but not really like one.. still great fish.. but what are your guys/gals thoughts on what it is..

It appears to be a member of the resticulosa-complex, but I cannot be positive which form that it is. The dark markings do not show well. My guess right now is that it is A. sp. Wangenflecken/Cheek-spots.
