anyone have experience with this food? my buddy told me it was really good. im mainly looking to feed my apisto cacutoides and sterbai cory with it. comments and input on hikari cichlid complete welcome. how good is it in helping fish grow and condition for breeding. im currently feeding stable of frozen blood worms and brineshrimp.
