Not sure if there is anyone from my area, but I'd love to get my tank set up for a few hardy, peaceful, dwarf cichlids. I have a planted, dirted, 55 gallon community tank with some tetras, platys, and 2 bolivian rams. Those rams are cool and seem to have a lot of personality. I didn't know anything about them until I saw them at the pet store in the same tank with other tetras, but they did look like cichlids. So, that got me started thinking about having other species. Now, I have to research some of the apisto's to see which ones would work. Maybe there are some more knowledgeable folks who keep and breed them in my area? I'll post something in the beginner section.
