Good article on collecting in Bolivia

There is a cool article about collecting Apistogramma in Bolivia in the current issue of Aquarium International magazine, currently available for free download to your iPad through the app store (search Aquarium International). That was timely! I'll be going into the Pando for the first time on this trip in two weeks! From Pto. Maldonado, it's only 40 Kms down the Madre de Dios to the border. Of course many of the Pando streams that flow in the MDD have their headwaters in Peru, so I expect to find many of the same fish in Bolivia as I do there. But from Google maps, I see some nice looking "Everglades" there that we don't have farther upstream. One of my best guides in Puerto is actually Bolivian, from that area, so I am excited to see it with someone who really knows the place well.

Mike... just iPad for the moment, but this weekend we are putting together a PDF file that will be available on the website. The iPad issue has a lot of interactive bells and whistles (like video) that the PDF will not have.

It looks like a nice addition to hobby periodicals except I don't know why they made it PC unfriendly.
I wanted to read a lot of the teaser articles listed.
I have no intentions of adding an iPad to my collection of 3 lap top computers. one old XP and two new Windows 7 machines.
I understand iPads are becoming very numerous but still probably only about 5% of the total market when all computers and mobile devices are included.
