female borelli with lump under dorsal fin

hey guys, noticed this lump on my female borelli, never seen anything like this its kind of under the dorsal and from what i can tell its symetrical, the fish is still about 2cm big so its really hard to see let alone photograph, as she keeps her distance fro the front of the tank

heres the best i could do

if anyone has an suggestions as to what it might be i'd like to hear it

she's normal, i'll try and get another picture but the lump itself is so small i doubt i can get a good pic

couldn't get any decent photos so i took a video, hopefully it helps
its still not very good but its alot better than the photo, probably the last 10 seconds gives the clearest picture

thanks anyway, it looks like a cist or growth of some sort, i've never seen anything like this so ill start with daily water changes hopefully it will go away
