feeding borelli

This guy told me to feed me apisto borelli live brine for a week then feed them frozen food, since they dont seem to be eating flake. Do you guys think this would be a good idea?

What kind of frozen food would u recommend for me to feed to my fish? Will any of brine or other frozen foods clog the digestive tract?

I think live BBS is supposed to be the best food for small fry. It has lots of the right stuff that the fry need to grow fast. I haven't read anything about BBS causing digestive problems in fry.

I'm not familiar with frozen foods as I only feed my apistos just vitamin enriched flakes and live food.
