I have gone to my fish this arvo and found something interesting to me.
My trifasciata have spawned again and she is now looking after 2 lots of fry, one lot almost 4 weeks old and one lots week I just found them. She is not trying to kill them or chase them away but instead watching both lots contently.
Am I being lucky with this or should I separate the older babies?
Only thing is I feel that I am not going to have many of the second batch left if I try catch them older ones as she could get stressed and eat the little ones.
