Corydoras pygmaeus and apisto baenschi?

I have a heavily planted 75 gallon tank currently housing a pair of apistogramma baenschi and 10 cardinal tetras. I'm thinking of adding a school of corydoras pygmaeus (the dwarf cory). The apistos will occasionally dart at the tetras, but have done no damage in the months they've been together.

So should I worry about the cory's with the apistos? Does anyone have experience with this combination?

i keep cory with apisto...should be fine..they never do anything and go their way.

Pygmy Corys behave more like tetras than typical bottom dwelling cory species. Your A. baenschi will attack the C. pygmaeus just like they do the tetra: drive them away from their breeding territory, but not really try to kill them.

Thats how my Cacatouides behave with my corydora (mixed species).

My corydora are yet to be injured in any severity past a snagged fin whilst escaping from the apisto's.

So, keep an eye on them, but I'd say they're likely going to be fine.

The corydoras pygmaeus are settling in nicely. No problems at all. The apistos don't seem to even notice them.
