I saw that one too and it does not look borellii to me seems to have to pointed fins to me and the juvie coloration is wrong compared to mine which I got from you and have had numerous spawns from.

I saw that one on aquabid. The first thing I thought was "that is not a borelli". Is it a steel blue?

I have seen those sold as borelli over here in the past. Seems a "convenient" marketing name to attach to them.

Definitely not borelli though. Worth emailing the seller to let them know.

One other thing is that whenever I saw the "stel blue" fish here, everyone of them was a male. They sometimes appeared in big numbers about 10 years or so ago, always labelled borellii.

Looks like a less colorful form of Steel-blue to me, too.
