Probably. At the very least it's a commercial name. At the very best the fish might be wild and selected for their color. It depends on the seller.

I did get a pair label as elizabethae "SuperRed" F1 . from Thailand

I have seen 'SR' that had lots of red, to some red, to a hint of red, to more orange than red, to more yellow than orange. It is probably due to dietary differences and the breeder selecting the most red ones and calling it 'SR'. Kind of like some breeders that sell A. cacatuoides 'Double Red' and 'Triple Red'. They just bin them out and call them differently even though they all came from the same spawn.

Personally, I prefer the A. elizabethae blue form. There is less inconsistency with the color from batch to batch due to dietary differences.

Yes they could be F1 of wild fish and color enhanced with certain foods (hopefully not hormones!). My favorite form is A. elizabethae from the Rio Iҫana.

Unfortunately, Apistos from various countries (Asia and eastern Europe) that export to US are hormones to the nth degree.
Look at the popular 'Super Red' severum, it is all 'juiced' up with hormones. When you breed them you get pale yellow severum. I had the same experience with some of the imported Apisto as well.
