Apistogramma borelli?

I was told from my LFS that this was an Apistogramma borelli “opal”. I was having doubts and I was wondering if someone could legit check this.

I was told from my LFS that this was an Apistogramma borelli “opal”. I was having doubts and I was wondering if someone could legit check this.

The yellow plastic really interfers with the image but i believe it is a blue-steel (man made hybrid). A picture without the yellow plastic would help a lot.

Yes, Steel-blue Apisto. A. borellii does not show rows of spots on the caudal fin.
