Apistogramma Agassizii lethargic

Hello everyone. I have this beautiful male Agassizii. I have him for 2 months and everything was excellent. In the aquarium he is with a female of his kind. The problem is that for the last 3 days he won’t eat, even life foods, and he is very very lethargic. After examining him thoroughly I spotted this under one of his scales. It’s like a small white line but it’s not moving. Is it something fungal? His fins are in perfect conditions as are his eyes and mouth. He breathes faster than normal. I have not been skipping water changes (30% every 4 days) or added anything new to aquarium. Thank you in advance.

The spot and the behaviour change could be unrelated. Too little info and too bad pictures to say anything. Sorry.

The symptoms are sadly too unspecific. Also, whenever posting a picture of a sick fish, don't mark any spots or so on the fish in the picture, that way you might unintentionally make it harder to estimate the overall state of the fish.

So please answer these:

Tank
Volume, type of filter, temperature, substrate, plants, full stocking? (Best you post a picture of the whole tank)

Maintenance
Waterchange frequency, additives (conditioners/fertilizers), other maintenance measures?

Parameters
What are your parameters? Exact numbers, please, not just “fine” or “safe”.
NH3/4, NO2, NO3
pH, GH, KH
TDS, EC

Feeding
How often, how much, what?

Stress factors
Lot of movement around the tank?
Lot of micromanagement inside the tank?
Long lighting times? High light intensity?

That's the least info necessary to make at least an educated guess. I doubt a clear diagnosis is possible before it's too late. Fish are masters in hiding illnesses.
