"Apisotgramma Orange Flash"

Hello everyone!
I bought this guy from my local LFS. He was advertised as an "Apistogramma: Orange Flash". My LFS is notorious for incorrect ID's on fish, can anyone help?

Hi all,
Certainly A. cacatuoides, but a strange leucistic or xanthanistic one. Not my sort of thing, but some may like it, and probably selling for more than an ordinary domestic Orange Flash, Double Red etc.

There have been a few threads on them, and people looking for them, and I think Apistomaster? and Peter Lovett bred a few.

They look like a yellow-gold X double red A. cacatuoides to me.

Hmm, those pictures show his colors exactly. He never shows any signs of black on his body, and just has the little bit of yellow on his lower body, fin extensions and that pattern you see. He never gets darker or lighter with fear/aggression. He's an extremely social fish, a delight in my tank Glad I bought him... He is always up at the front to greet me and wait for food.
