Hello people, can anyone help me to identify this little one?

I can't help with the ID, two reasons, one because I'm poor at IDs and the other that the images are 16 mb in size and I can't download them. If you reduce their size? It would make life a lot easier.

Curious - i couldn't find what distinguish the two species can you provide input. I did look at tom's page and even a couple of cf species share both names.

There are several gephyra-like species. Without a catch location some are hard to tell from one another.

But how do you distinguish between gephyra and agassizii ?
