Really great pics of my favourite apisto (How did you know it? ;-) )

Some years ago I have them too, but unfortunetally they all turned to be males.

What's a pitty that you are living so far from me that I can't drop and see them in reality.
If you will be searching for "new home" for uau fry just let me know, maybe I find some way to get them from you

BTW are they wild? How many of them you have

Yes, poland is not near switzerland... unfortunately. Cause you can't see them "in real", i will try to do more pics... that's a little difficult 'cause the tank is dark.

At that time, all the uaupesi young are reserved, sorry, and i would guard a pair... i don't want to lose them!!! :biggrin:

And yes, they're wildcaught fishes and I've 1 pair and one left male... i lost a female :frown:

Where do you get good quality fish such as these from in Europe.
We do struggle in the UK.

Thank you.

My water parameters must be like that :

Ph : under 5
KH : 0-1
T° : 29-30°C

I don't know the other parameters.

Here is a pic of the tank where I have them (60 liters for a pair)

On the floor I put fine sand and a lot of oak leaves. As written is Uwe Romer's book, I put some granit stones too. The floor is not completly full of oak leaves. I just let a little part where I can see the sand. (sorry for my not perfect english)
