A Gephyra spawn Plus Photos

I recieved a group of A gephyra a month or so ago and they have spawned. Two big males, five small females all in a 15 gallon tank. Three have eggs, I wasnt ready yet. They must have known.
Pictures soon.

Ok Soon turns out to be today, I moved all of the other Gephyra from the tank. Mother and Father are doing quite a job of tending the fry. There are dwarf pencils in the tank and they dont seem to be bothering the fry.

The photos aren't really good enough for an accurate ID, but I have to agree with Rolo. The caudal (what I can see of it) looks more like A. agassizii than A. gephyra.

There are small rows of dashes as opposed to an even colored arrow shaped stripe. The top of the dorsal has a fine red edge. The female has never had just a single spot in brooding dress.

Without photos of the caudal pattern it is really hard to understand the differences between aggies and gephyra. Some aggie males show a "lace" pattern in the caudal, but different from gephyra. Female aggies can show 1, 2, or even a stripe while in brood dress. Breast scales are important for ID purposes. This is hard to see on photos. I don't like to identify A. gephyra without either knowing the exact location where the fish were collected or seeing the fish itself.
