Hi - my first post here. I've got a pair of A. Borellii in a 29 gal (30" x 12" footprint) along with 5x albino cories, 1x honey gourami, and 6x white clouds. I have no intention of breeding them (not sure if they even would with my pH of 8.0). I'm wondering if it's possible to have another pair (or even a total of 2 males and 3-4 females) if aquascaped correctly (and what should that aquascaping look like?). I currently have 3 caves in the tank and could easily add more. The tank currently has a large driftwood-like looking ornament in the middle, along with many (12-15) fake plants. My main concern is aquascaping to allow for 2 borellii males. What are the chances in a 29 gal? I also have a 15 gallon if someone needed to be removed. Any suggestions appreciated! Thanks!
